Dr. Philipp Köhn received the Promotion Award for Young Scientists 2025 from the University of Siegen for the paper "From Intention to Behavior: How Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation and Job Fit Influence Employee Intrapreneurship in SMEs", which Prof. Dr. Giuseppe Strina coauthored. The paper is published in the Creativity and Innovation Management. The total prize money is 250€. In the name of the entire chair we congratulate both for their excellent study.
The "Promotion Award for Young Scientists" is awarded annually by the Association for the Promotion of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Business Informatics, and Business Law of the University of Siegen e.V. for outstanding academic journal publications by emerging researchers of Faculty III.
