Andreas Dutzi
Andreas Dutzi is Professor for Business Administration, Accounting and Corporate Governance at the University of Siegen and Dean for Transfer at the School of Economic Disciplines. He previously had been Professor for Accounting and Management of Family Firms at Witten Institute of Family Business (Witten/Herdecke University). Andreas Dutzi had studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and Trinity College Dublin (University of Dublin), Ireland. He earned a Doctorate (Dr. rer.pol.) at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and worked at the central audit department at Schitag Ernst & Young, Stuttgart. Besides his academic responsibilities he supports entrepreneurs and distressed firms.
Andreas Dutzi is member of several academic associations, e.g. the European Accounting Association (EAA), the European Academy of Management (EURAM), the Schmalenbach Society for the Advancement of Research in Business Economics and Business Practice (SG) or the International Association for Accounting Education & Research (IAAER). He is ad-hoc reviewer for various academic journals and conferences.
