Caterina Breuer completed her apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant in combination with her work experience at a British selling agency in 2012. Besides her full-time job, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management in 2016. Her bachelor's studies was supported by an Education Programme for Gifted Youth run by the Federal Government. Two years later, she obtained a Master of Science degree in Economic Psychology in addition to her full-time job as a manager in the welfare and health care sector. Her master's thesis analysed the social impact on men’s family and career plans. Currently, Caterina Breuer works, besides her job as an administration manager, as a freelance lecturer. Since 2019, she remains an external doctoral student at the Juniorprofessorship for Entrepreneurial Diversity & SME Management of the University of Siegen. Her research interests consist of social roles and their impact on labour market as well as gendered roles focused on men.

Lela Griessbach graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences in Tbilisi, Georgia, where she gained entrepreneurial experience in her family's own business. 2012, after completing her Bachelor in Business Communications in Berlin, Lela Griessbach started working for an international management consulting company. At the same time, she enrolled in the Master in Economics and Management and graduated it 2015. Currently Lela Griessbach works as a consultant for a medium-sized management consulting firm in Berlin. In addition, she gives intercultural and business communication trainings to immigrant female entrepreneurs. Since 2018 Lela Griessbach is a doctoral student at the Juniorprofessorship for Entrepreneurial Diversity & SME Management of the University of Siegen. Her fields of research interest encompass women’s economic empowerment and female entrepreneurship in transition countries.

Juni Mohos is a graduate student in Entrepreneurship and SME Management (M.Sc.) at the University of Siegen. Before graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Management (2016), she spent one semester at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy. Her bachelor thesis illuminated the challenges in leadership of intercultural teams. She gained practical experience working in the project management of a digital and creative agency and in the field of agile transformation in a medium-sized company. Juni Mohos joined the SME Graduate School in August 2018 and is working for the Juniorprofessorship for Entrepreneurial Diversity & SME Management of the University of Siegen. Her current research interests consist of corporate culture, digitalization, diversity in entrepreneurship and sustainable management.

Shiny Park is a doctoral researcher at the University of Siegen and lecturer in International Business Management at University of Ludwigshafen. Before starting her academic career, Shiny worked at different international institutions including Accenture and Credit Suisse in London, UK. She graduated MBA at Royal Docks Business School in London and awarded with MBA Student Strategy Prize of KPMG for a consulting project in the logistics area. Julia Schnittker is a doctoral candidate and researcher at the Chair of SME Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Siegen. After finishing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2014), she graduated as the best of her year with a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and SME Management (2016). In her bachelor thesis, she examined a business foundation in the repair sector and then, in the context of her master thesis, investigated how the regional support offer for business founders can be optimized. Since 2017, she has been working in a research project dealing with the career entry and advancement of Young Women STEM Professionals both in self-employment and employed in small and medium-sized businesses. As part of her doctoral thesis, she now focuses on the influence of the self- and external perceptions of women in STEM on their career path and success.
